This beautiful private apartment is perfectly situated in walking distance to the incredible Adriatic Sea, restaurants, coffee bars and the market. The host (Dinka) was very welcoming and happy to assist with any requirements we had. I highly recommend this holiday apartment anytime of the year.
I was there for New Years (Winter) and there is underfloor heating which made our stay very comfortable. Biograd is an incredible destination with so much to see and do and if you can't think of anything, Dinka is more than happy to advise you. The food is incredible and the seafood (from the market) is caught daily.
There is a great grill to cook the seafood bought at the market. For me this is the ideal holiday destination any time of the year.

The apartment Dinka we spent a very pleasant holiday in summer 2014. Beautiful new apartment with all necessary amenities. Very nice and helpful owners. Accommodation is quite close to the sea and to the city center. The nearest beach is Dražica pebble with gradual entry into the sea, with plenty of shade in a nearby pine grove. Near the hotel it is also a small grocery store and drugstore. We were very satisfied, super holiday for families with children, we recommend :-) Eva and Peter

Lenka, Namory, Kreso

We spent a week in this apartment. We all loved it totally on the hospitality of Dinka, Mio and her friends. The apartment is beautifully furnished, so a shower I would also like :-). Beach and center are just a few minutes walk and you can also do something in the evening, there are plenty of bars and nightclubs. Great accommodation

We spent a great landlady (Dinka) Great week, the accomodation was very satisfied. It is not far to the beach Drazica (if you do not mind someone about 5-10 min walk and even to the center. Since we were the third time in Biograd, the first time in this apartment, so we already knew where and how to go. If you go then certainly in this apartment. We Hail Dinka. Apartment Dinka

It is very nice. It is feeling such as you are at home. The house is on the level and not at the main road to the quiet street. Packing space is fine, protected by a fence on the remote control. The interior of the house is modern. Each bedroom has its own climate. Bathroom and kitchen are OK. The facility is clean, orderly and regularly maintained. Locals are very friendly. We recommend a visit to the Dinka.

Hi all, few years ago I was here during summertime and recently I went for my wintertime by the sea experience :) I must say it's really something special! Hosts were very welcoming and gave us all needed information and their time so that we could make the most of our vacation. I must say they really know the town and surroundings very well which I find important! Beside that, everything in apartment was new and neat and we also head ground heating which made our Christmas holiday days warm and cosy. I highly recommend trying something different and spending time in more quite and more authentic Biograd during winter and try authentic life of locals, compared to more touristy but also exciting summer times! :)

Appartamento nuovo e molto gradevole come rispecchiano in pieno le foto e le descrizioni. Dinka molto gentile e disponibile sia di persona che a distanza incaricando, quando lei non è presente, terzi per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità immediata in caso di urgenze. Zona molto tranquilla e ben situata, punto strategico per arrivare al mare e per raggiungere strutture come il supermercato. Nessun intoppo trovato durante la nostra permanenza, appartamento che consiglio pienamente a chiunque volesse trascorrere le proprie vacanze a Biograd o vicinanze.

We felt wonderful in Biograd at Dinka's. The apartement was even more beautiful than on the pictures. Dinka was very receptive when we arrived, communication with her before the arrival was very helpful. Also Dinka and her husband were wonderful hosts, they showed us hidden beaches in Biograd, hosted us a wonderful dinner, and we had a great time together. The appartement was very well equiped, everything was working, there was litterally nothing to be disappointed with. The location of the apartement was great, because it was conveniently close to the beach, to the downtown and to the supermarket. Also on the patio there were levanders, and all sorts of herbs we could use in the kitchen, so that was great. We experienced wonderful holiday with my familly here, and we will definitely consider to come again.

Sve je bilo jednostavno super. Dinka je bila jako ljubazan domacin, imali smo super dobrodoslicu i druzenje uz veceru. Apartman izgleda jos ljepse nego na fotografijama i sve je novo i funkcionalno. Centar grada je doslovno udaljen svega par minuta hoda a plaza jos par minuta vise iako se sam apartman nalazi u mirnom susjedstvu. Obzirom smo bili s malom bebom, to nam je bilo dosta vazno. Sve u svemu, toplo preporucamo! Dinka, jos jednom hvala na svemu!
